Just Apples! Pure B.C. Grown apples. Burton City Cider will soon be producing our own mix of cider apples. In the meantime, we source a variety of apples to give The Classic Apple the right amount of tannins to flavor this straight up, pure apple cider.
Barrel Aged in Oak Rye Barrels We brought a bit of Alberta to British Columbia to create this lovely smooth and rich favorite. Apple cider is aged in Oak Barrels that were previously home to Alberta Rye Whisky. Apple’n’Rye is not just seasonal, love it year round!
We expect Hopped Apple will be one of your favorites – an option for those IPA drinkers who are willing to expand their pallet from beer to Cider. This dry cider has hints of the B.C. hops it is blended with – almost floral. Delightful!
